The path to self-awareness

When female leaders continue to ignore intrapersonal conflict issues, the path to self-awareness, which is needed to release the emotional and social intelligence required of effective leaders, becomes difficult. Effective female leaders comprehend the importance of working towards sharpened self-awareness (Kubica and LaForest, 2014). In other words, great leaders are self-aware.
